We offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to express your inner most feelings, explore your current struggles, expand your self awareness and work though your difficulties. Centre of Neuropsychology and Emotional Wellness’ approach to treatment is integrative because we do not believe that “one size fits all.” Our work is considered to be client-driven because we believe intervention works best when it is congruent with your way of thinking and being in the world. Psychotherapy with us is a process in which there will be ongoing assessment and feedback from you. Trained in a scientist-practioner model, our treatment methods are grounded in evidence-based practice. we use a wide variety of treatment methods, including emotion focused psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness meditation. The treatment modalities used in our work together is guided by your presenting symptoms and concerns as well as what is consistent with way of thinking and feeling.
